Toll Ranch Cattle Co is a 100 acre cattle ranch at Radernie near Cupar, on the outskirts of St Andrews in Fife, founded by Konrad Sheane, a 5th generation farmer and 1st generation rancher raised between Ireland and Canada who moved to Scotland with his family in 2023.
The cattle are 100% grass fed and grass grazed, raised entirely on the forage nature provides, with no chemicals, artificial fertilisers or synthetic inputs used on either the land or the livestock.
The herd of Belted Galloway and Aberdeen Angus cross cattle is worked with low stress handling and thoughtful grazing, and the ranch treats its 100 acres as a living research platform for regenerative cattle and pasture management, with western horsemanship part of the long term plan. The beef is flash frozen straight after butchery to lock in freshness and is sold through the ranch's affiliated partner Steading and Co, with trade enquiries taken by email.
