I started with Alex about a year out from my wedding (a cliché, I know), but it was the point where I finally felt I could justify investing in a personal trainer. Before that I'd been running and going to the gym on & off for years, but always felt a bit rudderless. Three years on I'm still with him, because I've enjoyed it far more than I expected to! Alex has built me up to deadlifts and bench press with weights I never thought I'd be capable of lifting, and I love how confident and strong I feel. Alex is a great coach & a really clear communicator, which matters when you're learning. His programmes are built around your actual life too: when I've hit busy stretches we've talked about paring things back rather than me just falling off it entirely. If you've tried other things before and never felt them stick, I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

This is a great set up, Alex is an awesome trainer, really knows his industry and it's able to push us whilst being aware of our limitations. My metabolic age has stopped significantly since starting sessions in the gym with him. Also the food is incredible, best duck eggs I've ever had.

The whole package! Have had and continue to have great experiences with both Alex and Symone. As a PT Alex has been supportive, adaptive and motivational throughout to help me achieve my goals which has had a hugely positive impact on my life. And the food they offer from microgreens to duck eggs are delicious, especially the steaks! Great people with great attitudes and a fantastic expanding wee business!
