Seeing healthy animals grazing on good pasture, tasting real milk straight from the source, it’s a powerful reminder of where food actually begins.</div><div><br></div><div>As we always say: nutrition starts in the soil. And as I’ll keep stressing until everyone gets it, if you have the chance, buy directly from farmers. You have no idea how much difference it makes: better food for your family, fairer income for them and a stronger, local, community as a result.</div><div><br></div><div>It’s a small choice that will change your life.</div>
