The raw milk has a wonderfully creamy, buttery flavour, better than any supermarket milk I've tried. It agrees with me really well with no stomach discomfort. I highly recommend it to everyone.
They Use heat on their Raw Butter. Some things there are not Truly raw. It's quite sad really. RAW MEANS RAW.
Absolutely delicious raw milk and raw ice cream today at Borough Market, London. Tasted incredible, and the service was great. First time trying Raw milk and it was a highly lived up to experience. Really reccomend Hook and Son!
Fantastic place. I haven’t seen anything similar anywhere else, especially not in my home country. They have almost every raw dairy product you can imagine, as well as good-quality meat and eggs. Everything is grass-fed and antibiotic-free. The only things I missed were raw cheese and some information about whether the eggs are corn and soy free. Primal Diet certified. Definitely recommend.
Rebuilding the food system, from the farm up
I ordered 3 jars of the 240g raw thick cream from Hook & Son and used it to make my own raw Primal Ice Cream—it was amazing! The cream is incredibly fresh, thick, and rich, giving my ice cream the perfect texture and flavor. Delivery was fast and everything arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend Hook & Son for anyone who wants top-quality dairy for desserts or homemade treats!

Love raw milk! Loved the ice-cream, loved the milk, loved the double cream, loved the staff. I made a special trek to Borough Market just for these guys and they don't disappoint. It's so hard to find raw milk these days, but I used to have it all the time when I lived on a dairy farm. This is perfect. Tastes even better than my childhood.
