Excellent tasting raw milk with excellent service 👌🏽
Fantastic milk and great service with John meeting me at the dairy when I collected for the first time. I spent a long time finding a local dairy that provides unpasteurized Jersey cows because we want to drink milk that has all the good stuff still in it, which you can't get if the milk has been pasteurized, and from cows where the milk doesn't include A1 beta-casein protein, as it has been linked to some nasty conditions. John's jerseys milk is also fantastic for making homemade natural live yoghurt.
Thx mr John.
Omg the milk and the cream!! Awesome will be going back soon, reminded us of when we have travelled to Pakistan and had raw buffalo milk. John is such a gentleman the wealth of knowledge on his cows is invaluable. Plus the cows are super friendly 👍👍
I have been buying raw milk from John for several years. It's great to see the Jerseys in the field feeding off grass and to know that the milk you are buying is fresh that very morning. No pasteurisation, no homogenisation. They also sell cream and ice-cream (the ice cream is pasteurised). Definitely support local farmers if you can and benefit yourself into the bargain.
Rebuilding the food system, from the farm up

Ignore my online name.. Bought as Joe Evans, was worried I would end up losing my delivery because of various goings on not involving the farm btw (always having problems getting anything delivered), girlfriend phoned up the farm who I presumed was John (Scottish sounding voice), very friendly and helpful and in the end got my delivery of milk, which although is expensive, I can understand why for a variety of reasons and I like to support traditional dairy and other farmers. At First I was apprehensive of tasting the milk because of all the stuff goings on about risks of infection but that's something I find that's blown out of proportion and raw milk tends to come from healthy happy and well looked after cows whereas supermarket milk is likely to come from less healthy cows requiring processing. Milk was nice and creamy, was worried it would have a sour taste due to myself being a bit of a towny in recent years but nope it tasted very good and didn't leave that weird cheesy aftertaste I get from commercially supplied milk. Sorry if the review went on for a bit, will buy again in future but maybe not too soon as is expensive but it is a niche commodity and probably costs more to treat the animals well.
Great farm and a great real farmer. The produce is nothing short of fantastic! Nothing compares to the taste of real, truly fresh and clean milk. For all the environment aware - support your local quality produce, minimise your carbon footprint, and visit John and his farm whenever you can, you will not be disappointed!
