The couple milk A2 tested, grassfed dairy cows, and train and sell dairy cows with a decade's reputation behind them: halter broke, electric fence trained and disease tested.

The shop sells raw cream, raw butter, milk soap, black walnut syrup and a raw dairy price list, and the pair make natural rind raw milk cheeses they place far beyond yellow grocery store cheddar. Hands on classes taught at the farm cover cheesemaking from fresh, warm milk and hog, lamb, beef and chicken butchering, with children attending free and lunch provided. The farm blog runs into spring 2026, including an open note that the herd moved from grain free feeding to a non GMO dairy ration for better nutrition.
