Zenn Naturals is a first generation family farm on 24 acres bordering the Green Swamp in Groveland, Florida.
Zach and Jenn Kauffman began their farm journey in 2014 with a handful of backyard hens, and bought the Groveland land in 2018 to expand their gardens, high tunnels and livestock. The farm is rooted in regenerative agriculture, building soil health with no till raised beds, cover crops, compost, mulch and OMRI certified amendments, never synthetic chemicals.
Seasonal vegetables are started from seed on the farm and sold at two farmers market locations and to local restaurants, alongside cut flowers by the bunch or the bucket. Berkshire and Gloucestershire Old Spot hogs are raised outdoors on pasture with locally milled feed and veggie trimmings, farm born cattle are rotationally grazed alongside pastured chickens, and hens and Khaki Campbell ducks forage grasses and insects for eggs. All proteins are raised free of antibiotics, hormones, steroids and pesticides.
