It is open seven days a week, 8am to 8pm early in the week and until 9pm Thursday to Saturday, with Trey Starkey leading the team.

The same site holds Thoughtful Threads, their organic clothing shop, and a second all organic restaurant, Food & Thought 2, sits on Airport Pulling Road. Behind the shop is the company's own 15 acre farm in Collier County, where over 60 types of fruit, vegetables and herbs are grown with organic methods, free from chemical pesticides and GMOs. Long beds of lettuce, kale, cabbage and tomatoes run across it, and what the crew picks goes onto the shop shelves and into the cafe and juice bar. The store also stocks raw dairy from Alday Farm, a separate producer.

Under Florida law the raw milk is labelled not for human consumption and sold as animal feed.
