The produce counter runs from Lowcountry tomatoes, sweet corn and fresh herbs through fruit and vegetables brought in from further afield, with a call ahead list for bulk orders. The market carries sauces, stone ground grits, local honey, jellies and handmade goods from local makers, and the cafe serves lunch Tuesday to Saturday and supper Thursday to Saturday. The market itself is open Tuesday and Wednesday 9am to 6pm and Thursday to Saturday 9am to 9pm.

The wider farm includes the original packing shed, flying nearly 400 American flags in tribute to the founding brothers' World War II service, and a cafe and ice cream parlour built in 2001 serving homemade peach and strawberry ice cream. School field trips and family farm days run through the seasons, and James was named South Carolina's Southeastern Farmer of the Year in 2013.

UPDATE: 09/08/26 Drive by twice only on Tuesday's (for work) a.m. they're not open yet, p.m. about to close, but will run in to grab CASSEROLES in the fridge/freezer section of market. Still can have that home-cookin tasty meal with a heat & eat option. LUV IT!!! PREV: 05/02/26 ALWAYS the best home cookin' PREV: Nov.7, '25 Any time I come over to the island I will definitely make it a point to dine here... absolutely incredible good food & all. LOVE IT!!!

Nice clean place, great prices on peaches. Cheapest I've seen around in a while. Nice little ice cream shop as well. Staff was very nice as well.

Split Creek Farm
Call first to confirm if they have milk available to buy at the store. But a great farm with happy and healthy looking goats!! Their yogurt and feta cheese was amazing and even my daughter enjoyed both! Will be back to tour and shop again!

Belue Farms
First time there! Lady in vitamin section was great! Check out was horrible … it doesn’t cost a dime to be friendly We asked a question about molasses.., shrugged shoulder “I don’t know”. It’s ok not to know but attitude is everything. We took our 65, 00 purchase and walked away. No thank you etc. expected a tiny bit more No thank you.
