Little Stewards Farm is a regenerative family farmstead in Fairmount, Georgia selling raw Jersey milk in half gallon jars and whole and half pasture raised hogs.
Little Stewards Farm is a family owned farmstead in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains at Fairmount, in north west Georgia, run by Justin and Kristin Souther alongside their kids Eliza, Aria and Olivia.
After 13 years in apartments and suburbs the family moved to the land in 2020 in search of connection to their food, and now raise Jersey cows, pigs, chickens and sheep on unsprayed pastures, practising regenerative farming and permaculture to grow nutrient dense food.
Raw milk from the Jersey herd is sold in half gallon mason jars on a weekly jar swap, with a waitlist for new milk spots. The herd is a mix of A2/A2 and A1/A2 genetics and the milk stays fresh for at least 7 to 14 days, its cream line acting as a natural seal. The farm takes reservations for whole and half pasture raised hogs, and opens for visits and tours so customers can reconnect with their food's story, from pasture to plate. On farm pickup is by appointment.
