Our camping trip was phenomenal! We celebrated our 20th anniversary, and we truly could not have picked a better campsite. The yurt was clean, cozy, and so welcoming from the moment we arrived. Heather and her beautiful family were incredibly polite, informative, and welcoming throughout our stay. The fresh eggs and sausage were absolutely delicious! This was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and truly unplug from everyday life. The site had everything we needed — water, a fire pit, outhouse shower, dishes, soap, tissue, paper towels, and even firewood available at a very low additional cost. The supermarket is 10 to 15 minutes away. They also sell fresh meat, raw milk, ice, eggs and merch at their farm store. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be coming back with the family!
What a great place for a stress-free night off the road traveling to Vermont through the Harvest Host program! The Barbours were very friendly and helpful. We purchased a few grass fed organic pork and beef products. Thanks Jim, !
Rebuilding the food system, from the farm up
Definitely off the beaten path. The host, Jim, was terrific. Could not see anyone where we stayed. Fresh raw milk, eggs duck eggs, sausages pork etc. Just a great find all around.
The Barbour Farm CSA (Community Shared Agriculture) is so good! Awesome vegatables at a great price!
