Barbour Farms is a family owned and operated farm at Hallstead, in the mountains of northeast Pennsylvania, and has been going for over 80 years.
The family grow vegetables, blueberries and raspberries with organic and sustainable practices and never spray their crops, and a small herd of grass fed Jersey cows produces raw, A2A2, organic milk. The cows are milked once a day, and the farm's beef and pork are processed without chemicals.
You can order through the online shop or visit the farm, where the family also offer glamping pitches and a farmhouse stay, with the chance to milk a cow and taste the milk at its freshest.
