Finch Family Farm
Finch Family Farm is a certified organic, 100 percent grass fed dairy and beef farm in Marathon, New York, selling licensed raw milk, pastured pork, chicken and eggs from its farm stand.
Finch Family Farm began in 2017, when Air Force veteran Dakota Finch bought a 100 percent grass fed organic dairy herd and started farming in South New Berlin before moving with his partner Courtney Kimble and their four children to Marathon, New York in 2019.
The herd has grown to 48 milking cows plus heifers, calves, steers and beef cows, all certified organic and 100 percent grass fed, certified by Organic Plus Trust and NOFA NY.
The farm is licensed by New York State to sell raw milk, bottled fresh daily and tested weekly, and its farm stand carries grass fed beef, pasture raised pork from son Memphis's business The Crispy Pig, pasture raised chicken and eggs from Weston's Wings, and whipped beef tallow body cream. The stand is open 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, with local delivery and pick up through the online store.

Very polite and work with customers i was told they also do custom beef cuts for customers that want custom cow beef cuts.

Raw milk is delicious! eggs are great! This one time Dakota dropped a load of cow manure at my house and his manure spreader got stuck in the mud and he didn't lose his cool at all. I have much respect to Dakota and the Finch Family!
