Flint Hill Farm is a certified raw milk dairy and educational farm in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania selling raw Jersey cow and goat milk, cheeses and pastured eggs from its farm store.
Flint Hill Farm is a 27 acre preserved farm in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, farmed since the early 1910s and now home to the Flint Hill Farm Educational Center, a nonprofit whose mission is to bridge the gap between the urban and suburban community and the farm.
Alpine goats and Jersey cows are milked daily, and the farm is a certified raw milk dairy through the PA Department of Agriculture, proudly carrying the PA Preferred label on its food.
The farm store is open to the public every day, selling raw and pasteurised Jersey cow milk, raw goat milk, artisan cheeses, yogurt, kefir, buttermilk, fresh cream butter and pastured duck and chicken eggs. Around the working dairy runs a full education programme: cheese making and bread baking classes, school tours, summer camps, horse riding and family farm stays where visitors collect their own eggs and help milk the cows and goats.

I appreciated that the staff member (elder lady) took time to speak with my son and answer his questions about the farm. However, I was disappointed by a comment made when I mentioned that my son is autistic and highly focused on farming. The response was, “Everybody’s on the spectrum.” Whether intended as a joke or not, comments like that can feel dismissive to families raising children with autism. My son’s diagnosis is a significant part of his life and how he experiences the world. I hope the farm will consider being more mindful when discussing neurodiversity with visitors and their families.
It's a good class on how to make mozzarella. A lot of good information and we got to eat the Cheese we made.

We do not hold prices, availability, parking, access details or event dates for Flint Hill Farm Educational Center. The farm answers those directly on its own site, by phone or by email.
Great place!! to take your kids and family to visit and learn about the farm and more.
My experience volunteering and touring the farm was unfortunately not a pleasant one, but that was only because of the owner. She is an older lady that is very rude and very much talks down to you making it hard to learn new things. Another thing is she is awful about time management. She did bring it up to me that I was late for one of the days I was volunteering but even before that they were never on time for me when I had arrived, having me sit at the gate and walking past me but not saying anything.I do also believe she is very judgmental of the volunteers that are coming into the vet field, making it seem like a competition that we will never even work our way up to if we wear certain make up or dress fancier. I think if she were to be a bit more open minded and patient that experience would have been a lot better for me and my classmates. all of the animals do look well taken care of I do feel she is very in-tuned with her animals but not a people person at all.
Recently stayed overnight while passing through PA. I would highly recommend staying here. Beautiful farm with some fascinating animals. We got a guided tour and were introduced to the farm animals with their names and some back stories on them. I fell in love with the two Great Pyrenees dogs and the 41 year old horse! Comfortable bed, also enjoyed farm-made ice cream on the porch in a rocking chair. In the morning, watched the cows and goats be milked took a nice walk through the path in the woods and revisited the animals before having an amazing breakfast of delicious bacon, eggs and potatoes, made special by Kathleen. Didn't leave empty handed either. Took home some great cheeses, that were also made on the farm. Would definitely stay again!
If you’re looking for a farm experience, look no further! My husband and I stayed at Flint Hill Farm this past weekend and had the greatest time! Kathy was such a generous host and makes an amazing breakfast! The dairy product were made from the cows on the farm and to compliment we had homemade bread and jams. There are pigs, ducks, goats, sheep, chickens, horses, dogs, cats and cows! You can tell from the moment you step onto the farm that these animals are loved and well taken care of. If you want to work, they will put you to work, all you have to do is ask. They also have cheese making classes and blacksmith classes. I highly recommend staying at the farm or visiting for the day with your family. We will absolutely be coming back! Thanks again for a great stay!
The location was nice. Its a small farm with a few different types of animals. Lots of cute babies. Got a tour of the farm and also got to learn how they make fresh cheese and got to taste them. Overall a fun time. Only thing I wish is that we got to make our own cheese and take it home.
