Stryker Farm

The animals live on pasture, with fields rotated and rested to keep the soil healthy, and the farm raises them without hormones or antibiotics.

Everything sells through the farm's online store, from individual cuts, ground beef and gluten free scrapple to leaf lard, bones and pieces for broth making. Whole roasting pigs and suckling pigs are on offer for pig roasts, beef and pig shares provide meat in bulk, and whole lamb or goat can be ordered for collection at the farm.
