Beaver Brooke Ranch
Beaver Brook Ranch is a third generation family ranch in Hope, New Jersey selling dry aged 100% grass fed and finished Black Angus beef and pasture and woodland raised pork.
Beaver Brook Ranch raises cattle and pigs around Hope, New Jersey, on a spread of pastures and hayfields that feed the herds through the winter.
The cattle are grass fed and finished on pastures kept free of pesticides and herbicides, with hay grown on the ranch's own land, and the animals receive no antibiotics or hormones. The pigs spend spring and summer in shaded woodland, foraging and wallowing as pigs love to do.
Beef and pork are sold directly from the ranch, with the beef dry aged for tenderness and flavour. The store on Johnsonburg Road opens Monday and Saturday mornings and on Fridays until 3pm, and orders can be put together on the ranch's website.

I definitely am reluctant to leave this review, not because I don’t love Beaverbrook Ranch, but because they are so AMAZING. Trying to gate keep this so I can has all the beef!!! In all seriousness, they are awesome, the customer service exceeds all expectation, and the beef is exceptional.
Beaver Brook Ranch produces some of the finest quality beef, period. My family has purchased two quarter shares, and the beef tastes delicious and very clean — how it should. It's difficult to describe, but when you have a taste, you can immediately tell the difference from store-bought meat. All cuts have appropriate tenderness. Absolutely perfect. If you purchase a quarter share or more, it's a steal at these prices. Their staff is super friendly and they make it easy to fill out your butcher sheet. Although Beaver Brook outsources the slaughter and butchering to very well-respected local partners, Beaver Brook maintains immaculate facilities that leave zero doubt about proper sanitation and care throughout the whole process. At pickup, staff will bring the boxes straight to your car. I highly recommend Beaver Brook Ranch. Their beef products are second to none. Consider buying a chest freezer so that you can buy a quarter share at a time, or more — you'll never buy your beef any other way!
