Beaver Brook Ranch produces some of the finest quality beef, period. My family has purchased two quarter shares, and the beef tastes delicious and very clean — how it should. It's difficult to describe, but when you have a taste, you can immediately tell the difference from store-bought meat. All cuts have appropriate tenderness. Absolutely perfect. If you purchase a quarter share or more, it's a steal at these prices. Their staff is super friendly and they make it easy to fill out your butcher sheet. Although Beaver Brook outsources the slaughter and butchering to very well-respected local partners, Beaver Brook maintains immaculate facilities that leave zero doubt about proper sanitation and care throughout the whole process. At pickup, staff will bring the boxes straight to your car. I highly recommend Beaver Brook Ranch. Their beef products are second to none. Consider buying a chest freezer so that you can buy a quarter share at a time, or more — you'll never buy your beef any other way!

We were tired of paying inflated beef prices for subpar quality meat at the grocery stores. I researched online about local beef shares and came across Beaver Brook Ranch. Super happy we chose this great farm! First off, the ordering process is easy and fast online. Lots of options and you can customize your shares to fit your needs. We went with a 1/4 cow and a pork sampler. So far, we have only eaten some bacon and a HUGE ribeye steak. The quality is just phenomenal! You can really taste the difference from what you purchase at a grocery store plus the cuts are nice and hearty. I highly suggest using the reverse sear method they recommend for cooking your steaks....it's a little bit of a learning curve but the steak comes out amazing! You have made a forever customer Beaver Brook Ranch....we will definitely be ordering again in the future!

Purchased a half cow and I couldn't be happier. High quality meat, thick cuts, and many different varieties. Individually wrapped, weighed, and labeled. Tried the Rib Eye first and it was the most tender piece of meat I've had in a long time. Tried the ground beef next to make homemade Salisbury Steaks and they just fell apart with every bite. Made Beef Stroganoff with the sirloin and it just melts in your mouth. I will continue to purchase all my future beef here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ❤️❤️❤️
