Amazing place! Great value, great quality and the farm tour experience is second to none.
Our family loves the Old Road Farm! Their eggs and meat are so flavorful. The ground beef makes the best burgers, chicken broth makes the best chicken noodle soup. I could go on and on. Karis, her family and employees are so friendly and pleasant. It’s a privilege to feed our family with their meat and eggs. They are truly the best!
The very highest quality farm products, milk, eggs and meats, that one can buy. And Karis and the other farm staff are delightful. If you value your health you should eat Old Road Farm Products!

Old Road Farm is a gift to Washington County. Farm milk, fresh heritage turkeys, eggs, meat...all food that you can trust, that is actually good for you. Our cats will hardly eat frozen supermarket turkey any more, but they drive us crazy begging for Old Road Farm turkey at Thanksgiving and Christmas. They clearly recognize quality (and reject inferior meat). And the milk.... Rich, creamy milk full of probiotics and prebiotics--it's a complete food, all by itself (seriously). It is an axiom that you have to pay for quality. But oh my, "quality" is what you get from Old Road Farm. We are very, very fortunate to have it nearby. Highly recommended, for everything they sell and do!

Old Road Farm is great! Our family has purchased bulk beef twice now, and we have been really happy. First, the flavor is delicious. Second, it's healthy and nutritious because Karis and her team are doing things right - right for the animals, and right for the soil. We are thankful that we have found a farmer that is providing nourishing food for the community that is good for us and good for the land!
No place better for safe, nutritious meat, eggs & milk. Karis is easy to work with & it is so obvious she puts her heart & soul into this farm. You can put little notes in when ordering. The best part is the quality (taste as well) of product and the first time I can remember being able to drink milk without feeling ill afterwards.
Took my family on a tour. We had an absolute blast! My kids haven’t stopped talking about it. They were able to help with the afternoon chores: feed the chickens. Collect eggs. Feed the cows and goats. Move the pigs pen. Absolutely loved it!
We love the Old Road Farm! It’s my happy place in Pittsburgh. Karis and her family are so knowledgeable and eager to share their love for the animals and nature! The kids say: “Here- hold a kitten!” Or “let me hand you a lamb!” And the food is off the charts! Their eggs look entirely different than what I buy at stores. The yolks are so orange and big! And the veal- never had better! And I would never eat veal in the past because of how the animals were treated. Not on the Old Road Farm! It’s guilt-free eating!
