It is South Carolina's only licensed sheep dairy, milking East Friesian sheep alongside Saanen, Nubian and Nigerian Dwarf goats on 180 acres of pastures, ponds and trails about an hour from Greenville.
Owner Debbie Webster has more than 30 years of experience in animal care and teaching, and started the first 4H Dairy Sheep Club in the US. The farm sells its dairy at the Greenville Saturday farmers market from May through October and through local outlets such as Swamp Rabbit Cafe and the Clemson Area Food Exchange. It also trains new producers across 17 states, sells starter herds, equipment and feeds, and hosts scheduled tours, classes and volunteer days, so all visits must be booked in advance.

Debbie and her family are so incredibly knowledgeable about their craft. They give great hands on courses, and provide all sorts of information in very digestible ways. I learned so much in just a few hours.
Debby runs a wonderfully happy goat, sheep, and Jersey cow farm in the neighborhood. Her passion for animals and kitchen chemistry cannot be beat. You can tell and even taste how happy the animals are. My little family thoroughly enjoy the Raw Goats Milk (I’m converted), creamy top yogurt, goat cheese, cream cheese, and sheep feta. We just called her to make an appointment to stop by the store and she was very accommodating. Thank you for the commitment you have to the health of your animals and creating delicious flavorful full fat dairy goods! Best tasting Goat milk we've had in the area. Worth coming here to get it bottled from the source. Debbie is very knowledgeable about milks and cheeses. Duck eggs are available too. No official business hours. Call before you come!
