The best raw milk ever! We have tried almost every raw milk farm in va, not even close to what Sunny Horizon Dairy has to offer! Try it! No regrets!
We have been members of this herd share program for 7 years. The milk and eggs are amazing—this particular farm is one of the only herd share programs that allow us to get our milk in glass jars, and since I avoid contact with plastic to my food if at all possible, it was an obvious choice. In addition, the milk is the most delicious raw milk I’ve ever tasted!! So grateful for Sam and the farm making this gift available to us in a season we cannot sustain our own family cow! UPDATE 8/2024: We have since moved on to another farm, because the administration at SH made the choice to remove the option for glass jars. The quality of the milk is good and I will say nothing negative about the Lapp family, but there were difficulties in communications with the administrator that affirmed our decision to switch.

We have been herd shares members with these productive cows for about 10 years-we are always happy with our weekly supply! Thankful to know the cows that give us our delicious & healthy raw milk. Butter, cottage cheese & eggs are also regular items we order & we also enjoy those. You can taste the quality & care!

Our family has been enjoying Sunny Horizon herdshare milk, cream and eggs for a while now and so appreciate the superb quality and professional interaction regarding our standing orders. Ordering is easy! Paying is easy- all online and picking a drop site close to you makes it convenient. The heavy cream in my coffee each morning at 5: 30 is a great way to start the day-creamy deliciousness-highly recommend!!!
This is a well run business. Very professional and efficient. Their milk is beyond good. I can't imagine using any other. I mostly make yogurt from mine and always get rave reviews. The milk has good cream content which I sometimes skim and use as a treat for coffee. Thanks Sunny Horizon folks for spreading good health in central VA.
