The livestock are slower growing rare breeds, with free range organic pork and 100% grass fed biodynamic lamb, mutton and beef reared on the estate.
The seasonal farm shop runs from mid June to December, selling freshly harvested fruit and vegetables, raw Jersey milk, apple juice from the ancient orchards, homemade jams and chutneys, and flour from spelt and emmer grown and ground at Waltham. Raw milk is collected on shop days and is best pre ordered.

What is not their own comes from local suppliers such as the award winning Laceys milk and cream. The shop opens Friday and Saturday, and frozen produce and eggs are available all week, just pop in and put the money in the tin.
