Town Farm Shop is a 400 year old family farm and butchers in Bisham near Marlow, Berkshire, selling home reared beef, lamb, pork and chicken plus local dairy and seasonal vegetables.
Town Farm, or Towan Fferm, sits in the Berkshire village of Bisham on the River Thames near Marlow, and has stood for just over 400 years, with the history still visible in the main farmhouse and surrounding buildings.
The family rear most of what they sell themselves, keeping cows, sheep, chickens and pigs as well as pheasant and rabbit.
The little farm shop sells fresh and frozen beef, lamb, pork and chicken, with pheasant when in season, plus dairy and a few vegetables. What is not their own comes from local suppliers such as the award winning Laceys milk and cream. The shop opens Friday and Saturday, and frozen produce and eggs are available all week, just pop in and put the money in the tin.

Great quality and value - it's fantastic to be able to drive into a farmyard and pick up meat directly from the farm that breeds it. The sausages were freshly made as I turned up, if I needed any more they were happy to make them on the spot. Love to see a business like this doing such a good job - support them if you live anywhere near Marlow, you will eat better for it.
