It was named UK Large Farm Shop of the Year 2024 at the Farm Shop and Deli Show and UK Farm Butcher of the Year 2024 by the Farm Retail Association.
Inside there is a bakery, a butchery, a cheese counter, a deli, fruit and vegetables, an off licence and a run of hampers and gift ideas. Online orders are for collection only, and the shop is open every day including bank holidays.

The farm is open to the public every day, so you can just drop in and pick some up on a self service basis. There is also a weekly delivery round on Wednesdays, with orders taken up to the Monday before.

Around the butchery sit homemade pastries, award winning pies, ready meals, home produced raw honey, organic vegetables, local eggs, locally baked Welbeck bread and locally milled flour. A farm cafe serves seasonal takeaway food and drinks, with picnic benches outside and a cosy Hen Hut for all weather seating.

Stichelton Dairy, Collingthwaite FarmRaw milk · Mansfield4.3 (8 reviews)Stichelton is a raw milk blue cheese made at Collingthwaite Farm on the Welbeck Estate, at the northern tip of Sherwood Forest in Nottinghamshire. The dairy is built into an old brick barn on the farm itself, and cheesemaker Joe Schneider set it up there deliberately: he wanted to make cheese where the cows are milked, walking over to the parlour each day to talk to the herdsman about what the cows are eating and how the milk is running. The cheese revives the older tradition of making a Stilton style cheese from unpasteurised milk, a practice the remaining Stilton dairies gave up.
The make is slow and by hand, from the starter and rennet through slow drainage, milling, rubbing up, maturation and piercing. A small team of named cheesemakers and milkers works the dairy and the parlour. The cheese has been written up everywhere from the New York Times to the Financial Times, and sells through the online shop and stockists across the country.

Our favourite farm shop where everything is 'proper' and the cooked breakfast is the best! Fabulous meat at reasonable prices, lovely people...there are not enough superlatives! Truly exceptional.
