They also make whole milk, gently pasteurised but never homogenised so the cream still rises to the top, along with milkshakes in flavours from vanilla to salted caramel. Grass fed beef is reared on the farm, and hives on site provide honey, cared for by a local beekeeper.
Please pre order milk before travelling, by email or a message on social media, then collect from the farm, open daily. Beef is sold frozen as individual cuts on a first come first served basis, and the whole milk is also stocked by a handful of local shops and a milk delivery round.

In 2016 they opened The Milk Shack, where a vending machine sells raw milk alongside pasteurised milk, milkshakes, cheese, eggs, cakes and butter. Since 2018 the farm has also run tours for schools, colleges and community groups, giving a real behind the scenes view of dairy farming.

It began in the first lockdown of 2020 as zero waste kits packed in a shed on Adlington Road, opened its shop on Palmerston Street in February 2022, and added a second shop with a deli on Knutsford Road in Wilmslow in February 2025. The Bollington shop is a retail space downstairs with a cafe and events room upstairs, home to seasonal supper clubs, fermentation workshops and pickle clubs.
Everything on the shelves is organic. Weekly veg boxes are published on Tuesday night and delivered free across Cheshire East every Tuesday, with Macclesfield grown beetroot, butterhead lettuce and rainbow chard alongside organic carrots, potatoes, squash and fruit. The shop also carries local organic milk, butter, cream and cheddar, organic eggs, sourdough from a Macclesfield micro bakery, unpasteurised Cheshire honey, raw organic kimchi and sauerkraut, grass fed beef tallow and a pantry of organic staples. - 5
