The land has been family owned since 1919, cows have been milked here since Louie Carlton started the dairy in 1946, and the third, fourth and fifth generations all work the farm today, raising animals on pasture with non GMO feeds and regenerative, sustainable methods. The farm produces raw cows' milk for pets, free range eggs, grass fed beef and lamb, and pasture raised poultry and pork, and stocks fruit, vegetables, raw honey and organic pecans from like minded local farms. Shop at the on-farm store, collect from a popup pickup location, or have the farm's own trucks deliver to your door. In season there is a corn maze, and school field trips run in spring and autumn.
