Five Oaks Dairy is a family owned farm at Livingston in East Texas, milking Jersey cows for raw milk and making its own gelato.
The cows graze open pasture and stay with their calves, and the wider farm raises cattle, lambs, pigs, chickens and bees.
The farm store sells raw milk and gelato alongside grass fed beef, pasture raised pork, free range eggs and raw honey, and opens four afternoons a week. Jersey cows are sometimes offered for sale from the herd, and same day orders are best confirmed by phone before you set out.

Such a treasure hidden in Livingston Texas! Such a great family operated business. So relaxing as soon as you open the door.
Rebuilding the food system, from the farm up

Delicious! Not only is the gelato so delicious, but you can tell they use high-quality ingredients! What a hidden gem offering the community so many wonderful dairy products! The cutest little storefront too! Highly recommend stopping by and supporting this wonderful family-owned business!
First time visiting but absolutely won’t be my last! LOVE all their products and that they give such flexible options for purchasing raw milk. Their ice cream is AH-MAZING! 😍 I also love that they were playing Christian music. Love that our money is supporting a Christian family that’s pouring so beautifully into their community 💗 The owner is so so kind and hospitable. Can’t say enough great things about this spot!
Absolutely fantastic dairy farm. They offer fresh A2A2 milk (if you don't know, look it up, you'll be shocked). They have some of the most amazing (fresh) gelato. Farm fresh eggs, herbs, cookies, and they even have small bags of coffee beans. This is the only place we will buy milk from as it does not hurt my wife nor the grandbaby who are both lactose intolerant (or intolerant to the stuff they put in the store bought milk). If you have never had real milk you need to give these people a try. It will change the way you think about the foods you eat. Love this place! And the owners are down to earth, honest, hard work farmers.
