The herd is grass fed and grass finished, raised without hormones or antibiotics, and rotational grazing keeps the island's grassland and the animals in good health.
Beef is ordered online for the year, sold as sides of beef, bundles and ground beef, and the ranch offers whole and half hogs as well. Popular items sell out, with a waitlist once ground beef is gone.
