Goat Song Farm Alaska

Raw milk cannot legally be bought and sold in Alaska, so the farm runs herd shares instead. You buy a share in a goat, pay a husbandry fee for the milking, and drink fresh raw milk from an animal you partly own.

Alongside the milk there are goat milk soaps and lotions, eggs from hens on a corn and soy free diet, and garden manure for the vegetable patch. A share costs $25 for a year, and the online shop takes orders for collection from the farm.
