Arctic Organics is a family run farm in Palmer, Alaska, growing vegetables and herbs with methods adapted to Alaska's climate and growing conditions.
The farm runs off the grid on renewable energy, building healthy soil with composting, crop rotation and natural pest control instead of chemicals.
Produce runs from hardy greens and root crops to seasonal specialities, sold through local farmers markets and a community supported agriculture scheme. There is also a short collection window at the farm on Friday afternoons, and orders can be placed through the online shop.
