The Ethical Butcher is an online butcher built around regenerative farming, sourcing from small independent British farms that manage land holistically and graze on rotation.
All the meat is grass fed, much of the beef comes from rare breed cattle raised entirely on grass, the chicken comes from a single Pasture for Life certified farm in Leicestershire, and the business is B Corp certified.
The range covers beef, pork, lamb, poultry, charcuterie and mixed boxes, from everyday steaks and burgers through to chateaubriand and whole birds. Everything is ordered online and sent out with next day delivery.
