Hillside Beef and Lamb is a high nature value farm at Ffynnonau Farm in Clytha near Abergavenny, in the Monmouthshire countryside of South Wales.
The family raise grass fed Dexter cattle and a small flock of Welsh sheep, with every animal born and reared on the farm itself.
The beef is sold direct off the farm as roasting joints, steaks, burgers, mince and diced cuts, and their butchers will prepare any cut you fancy with a little notice. Welsh lamb comes in small and large boxes or as individual cuts, and you can book a delivery or collection through the website or by phone.
