These 4-ingredient cookies are proof that simple ingredients can create something truly delicious. Made with naturally sweet ripe bananas, shredded coconut, and a hidden boost of our beef organ powder, they're soft, satisfying, and incredibly easy to make.  Whether you're looking for a nourishing snack, a healthier sweet treat, or a simple way to use up overripe bananas, these cookies are a recipe you'll come back to again and again.

Makes 9-10 depending on the size

Ingredients: 

• 2 very ripe bananas 
• 1 scoop Organised 
• 160g (2 cups) shredded coconut 
• 70g dark chocolate - we used 85% cocoa 

1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Using a fork mash down the bananas until you have a fairly smooth puree. 
3. Add in the shredded coconut and Organised. Mix until well combined. 
4. Using an icecream scooper or tablespoon shape the mixture into the size of a golf ball. Place them on the baking tray and using your hand press them down slightly to have a round cookie shape. 
5. Bake in the oven for around 20-22 minutes until they are slightly golden brown around the edges. 
6. In the meantime melt the chocolate on a double boiler. 
7. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool down completely. Once cool pour some melted chocolate on top until they are fully covered. 
8. Let the chocolate fully set then enjoy!
