Ingredients

• 12 medjool dates - pitted
• 50g (1/2 cup) shredded coconut
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tbsp ghee
• 1 scoop Organised 

Method

1. Add the coconut to a food processor until you have a coarse flour.

2. Add in all the other ingredients and blitz again until you have a sticky mixture when pressed between your fingers. 

3. Roll the mixture into balls and transfer to the fridge to set for 15-20 minutes before serving. 

4. Store in the fridge for up to a week or in then freezer for up to 6 months.
