Hollowood Farm

The cattle graze herbal ley pastures through spring, summer and autumn, managed by patch grazing to build soil health and capture carbon, with a small home grown mix of peas, barley and maize to balance their winter diet. Antibiotics are never routine, only ever a last resort.

Calves are bred and reared on the farm, lambs are born there, and pigs arrive as weaners and grow on at the farm. The beef is dry aged and hand cut by a trusted butcher, packed in fully recyclable vacuum packs, and delivered to order. Visits are by appointment, so get in touch to arrange one.
