A small herd of native Belted Galloway and North Devon cattle, sourced from a conservation grazing herd at Goss Moor National Nature Reserve, lives outdoors all year round on 100% pasture, wildflower meadows and the odd bit of willow and oak.
The cattle are mob grazed, moved daily to fresh pasture with rest periods of around 60 days in the growing season so grasses, legumes and herbs can flower and set seed, and Tamworth cross pigs rotationally graze the woodland, rootling all day for acorns. The farm sells its 100% pasture fed produce by email order, and two holiday houses, the Farmhouse and the Barley Crush, sit at the heart of the farm. - 7

Boscarnon FarmMeatBoscarnon Farm raises a pedigree herd of Red Ruby Devon cattle near Coverack on the Lizard Peninsula. The cattle are grass and forage fed from birth, grazing species rich grassland, heathland and wooded pasture, wintering on hay grown on the farm, and growing slowly to full maturity. The farm runs its own butchery, so ageing, cutting and packing all happen in house.
The beef is blast frozen at butchering to hold its freshness, then couriered overnight for delivery by noon the next day for £15, or bought directly from the farm by phone or email. The range takes in traditional cuts alongside burgers, BBQ cuts, dripping and stock.

We spent one month staying in Pitpaddy barn on Cusgarne farm and it was the best month of our summer. Barns are conveniently located in the middle of peninsula, which makes it super easy to get pretty much everywhere within 20 ish minutes! Organic shop has everything you may need and barns are stocked with all essential items. Honestly, the best stay we ever had!

Stunning. The attention to detail and the fixtures and furnishings in the house convey the love that has been put into this property. The garden and grounds in Spring when we visited were full of natural flowers and tasteful flora. A delight inside and out. 110% recommend.
