Every lamb is born and raised on the farm, feeding on saltmarsh grasses, samphire, sorrel, sea lavender and thrift, a diet that gives the meat its distinctive flavour. The lamb was the first recipient of the PDO award in 2021.
You can order online for delivery, choosing single cuts, variety packs or whole, half and quarter lamb boxes, with salt marsh mutton and hogget too and a subscription service for regulars. UK delivery is free on orders over 拢175, and the farm shop at the castle sells samphire in season.

Their honeybees have the whole of Gower to forage across, which makes for a distinctive Welsh honey, and the farm raises lamb and grows its own chillies for a hot honey.
The online shop sells Gower wildflower honey runny, soft set or naturally set, along with hot honey, gift hampers, beeswax cosmetics and candles, Welsh slate giftware and Gower lamb boxes. You will also find their stall at markets in Mumbles and the Marina, and they run beekeeping experience days at the farm.
- 3Gower Meadow BeefMeatGower Meadow Beef comes from a small family farm at Penmaen on the Gower Peninsula near Swansea. The cattle are pasture fed, which gives the beef its distinctive yellow fat, rich in the antioxidant beta carotene, along with high levels of omega 3 fatty acids and more vitamins and minerals than grain fed beef.
The beef is dry aged, cut into everything from mince and burgers to ribeye, brisket and rib of beef, and sold frozen through the online shop. Collect from the farm, or delivery can be arranged within 12 miles of Penmaen, taking in Gower, Swansea, Llanelli and Gorseinon, and Farmco in Kingsbridge, Gorseinon stocks the beef as well.

Thank you James and Jade for an amazing day on Sunday, you were great hosts, so welcoming and friendly. Learnt so much about bees, but also had a lot of fun, the home baked treats at the end were lovely. It was an amazing experience, would definitely recommend 馃槉.
