Their bees forage naturally from hives positioned on the best sites across their own and neighbouring farms, and the raw honey is never overheated or pasteurised, so every year's harvest is its own vintage.
Locals can pop in to the honesty shop at the farm gate on Princes Road, where the whole range is sold including the popular 1kg jar and 1.5kg bucket. Bring the correct money, as there is nobody there to give change. The award winning honey, and bee pollen too, can also be ordered nationwide through the online shop.
