The honey is cold extracted and cold filtered rather than heated or pasteurised, which keeps the natural enzymes, proteins and character of each harvest in the jar.
The range shifts with the seasons and the region, taking in Hertfordshire wildflower and hedgerow honeys along with field bean, heather cut comb, sunflower and lime tree varieties from counties including Norfolk, Oxfordshire and Yorkshire. Everything sells through the online shop, with harvest updates by newsletter.
