Great place to shop for farm goods, local produce and gifts.
We arrived as a family of 5 adults and 2 children on a Sunday afternoon for a birthday treat. Advance booking is recommended as it’s very popular especially at the weekends over breakfast/brunch time. We booked for 2 pm and noticed there were still a few tables available. The staff were welcoming, professional, friendly and polite with no rush to order. The bistro is set in a beautifully converted old red brick barn overlooking fields with a stylish contemporary farmhouse feel, an outdoor seating area and there’s plenty of parking available. Various meals were ordered including two children’s meals all of great quality, using locally sourced produce, cooked to perfection and very well presented. The price was very reasonable considering the quality of the meals and the beautiful setting. We will definitely be making a return visit. Thank you to all the staff 🙂
Great farm shop, lotsvof lovely fredh veg and fruit plus much more and cafe looked fabulous but just too late for anything but cake after 2.30pm on Sunday. A bit off the beaten track if going south to the coast. But worth the effort.
Great cafe lovely food and staff. Nice setting looking out over fields and outdoor seating. Dogs allowed. Cafe lovely local produce. Will be going again to try something else on menu....

Excellent breakfast had there today. Great tasting local produce expertly cooked. Lovely everything. The setting, cafe and staff. Good price for a great breakfast. Dog and wheelchair friendly.
We both had a breakfast and coffee very nice. The best cooked breakfast we have had out in a long time. The sausages were lovely infact the whole meal was lovely. Staff very polite we will be going there again soon.
Booked a Christmas lunch with three friends here yesterday. What an excellent choice! The staff, the ambience, and the food were wonderful. The vegetarian option was beautifully presented, as were the Roast turkey meals. Everything was fresh and tasty and the desserts......well.....absolutely perfect. Definitely recommend. Happy Christmas to all the team.
