The estate offers stays in a traditional lodge, a bothy and cottages, and its published values commit it to regenerative farming practices, restoring habitats and balancing land use through the seasons in the Rannoch hills.

The estate shop sells wild grazed native beef under the Heather Beef name: sustainably reared, slow grown Luing cattle from the heather hills of Highland Perthshire. The beef is sold as selection boxes of steaks and a topside roast in 5kg to 20kg sizes, winter boxes and barbecue boxes, packed in natural wool with reusable ice packs and shipped frozen by overnight courier. Pasture for Life lists the estate among its certified producers of cattle, goats and sheep.
