They farm to enrich the land, building topsoil and encouraging biodiversity, and the animals graze diverse, herb rich pasture with hedgerows and trees to browse, with no harsh chemicals or routine antibiotics.

The milk is used raw or gently pasteurised at a lower temperature for longer, which protects its structure and nutrition, and the range takes in yogurt, halloumi, goat milk, fudge and soap. Fudge and soap can be posted, and everything else is collected on pickup days in Machynlleth on Wednesday and Saturday or Aberystwyth on Tuesday.
