The meat comes from grass fed, free ranging animals of native breeds reared to high standards of welfare, and the butchery is done on site by the farm's own team.
The range runs from organic beef, lamb, pork and chicken to mutton, goat, turkey, duck and goose, with sustainably caught fish, organic salmon and wild game such as venison, rabbit and pheasant besides. Orders go out by delivery across the UK, with meat boxes and multibuys, and the food cupboard adds preserves, tea, coffee, wine and beer.
