Hurdlebrook

Dave is a third generation dairy farmer, the cows graze clover rich pastures fed with their own farmyard manure, and the raw milk and cream are sold unpasteurised, golden in colour and silkier than standard milk. Only the yoghurt is pasteurised.

The farm has produced raw Guernsey milk and cream since the early 1980s, winning Taste of the West and Royal Bath and West Show awards along with multiple Great Taste awards in recent years. Orders are delivered, and you can also buy from them at Notting Hill Farmers Market.
