Every animal is born, raised and finished on the farm itself, which gives the family full control over its care from start to finish. The cattle live on open pasture and are never given grain, hormones, antibiotics or animal by products.
The beef is dry aged for flavour and tenderness, then vacuum sealed and frozen fresh. It is sold in whole or half shares direct from the farm, so you deal with the people who raised the animals. There is no website, so phone or email to arrange an order.
