Live Healthy Farms is a regenerative family farm in Bonnerdale, Arkansas selling raw A2 milk, 100% grass fed and grass finished beef, and pasture raised eggs from its own farm store.
Live Healthy Farms is a regenerative family farm at Bonnerdale in Arkansas, run by John and Betty Ballard with Jack and Sue.
Their Angus cattle are born on the farm and raised on pasture for their whole lives, rotationally grazed across eleven or more varieties of forage, and the beef is 100% grass fed and grass finished. The dairy cows are grass fed too, and their milk is sold raw and unpasteurised as A2/A2 whole milk with no hormones and no antibiotics. Hens on pasture supply the farm fresh eggs. The family uses no synthetic herbicides, pesticides or fungicides on the land, and puts soil health first on the grounds that healthy soil grows better forage, which raises healthier animals.
Everything perishable is collected in person at the farm store on Caddo Gap Road: raw A2 milk, farm fresh eggs, and beef by the cut alongside ground beef, bones, suet and tallow. Whole and half steers are sold by hanging weight, with a waitlist running for 2026. Shelf stable goods such as tallow, herbal teas and tinctures can be shipped anywhere in the United States. New customers should contact Betty first for an appointment and the gate code. The family also runs an Airbnb, farm tours with Farmer John, the Sparrow's Nest Spa and field trips for children, and the farm store carries goods from other local makers beside their own.

I absolutely love this farm and these people. The owner, Betty, is an absolute treasure. Live Healthy Farms is my trusted source for raw milk and beef, and I make the 30 minute drive from Hot Springs to buy from their regenerative farm. My granddaughter came with me this trip and she loved it!

First time ever trying raw milk. Absolutely amazing! The vibe of the place is amazing, even went back the next day to get more stuff because it was that comforting and good quality. Prices are actually really good too!
