The family uses no synthetic herbicides, pesticides or fungicides on the land, and puts soil health first on the grounds that healthy soil grows better forage, which raises healthier animals.
Everything perishable is collected in person at the farm store on Caddo Gap Road: raw A2 milk, farm fresh eggs, and beef by the cut alongside ground beef, bones, suet and tallow. Whole and half steers are sold by hanging weight, with a waitlist running for 2026. Shelf stable goods such as tallow, herbal teas and tinctures can be shipped anywhere in the United States.
