Rich Farm Ice Cream Shop

Great service. Amazing ice cream. Check for specials online on their media feeds. They go fast!

I love their ice cream.

Best ice cream in the area by far.

Will always be some of the best ice cream in ct!! The fall flavors are so good!! So many flavor options, they have sugar free too and dairy free. Lots of toppings. Even tho the line is long the wait goes by quick, you get your ice cream from the same window you order it from all at the same time so there’s no waiting after you place your order. If you’re lucky the cows will be out and you can get to see them up close. Beautiful animas!

Great variety of delicious ice cream!

I almost forgot to take a picture because I started eating right away.. that's how good it is! 😄🍦 This is hands down my favorite ice cream spot. My go-to is the Toasted Almond in their incredible homemade waffle cone (seriously, one of the best waffle cones I've ever had!). The cup pictured is vanilla ice cream with hot fudge and Oreo topping, and it's just as delicious. 😋 If you're ever in Oxford, CT, this place is an absolute must-try. The lines are usually long, but they're 100% worth the drive and the wait. The staff is always friendly, efficient, and thorough when taking orders, even when they're busy. I always leave a tip because they truly deserve it. Highly recommend! 💛🍨

the best ice cream in the world. one of our favorites is the razzmanian devil flavor! it’s amazing! we drive over an hour for it every time we are in ct and we even have brought this ice cream across the country stopping for ice every couple of hours to bring to a loving customer missing this ice cream.

Highly Recommend! An absolute must place to visit. Anytime we're in town it's tradition to come here. Rich Farm Ice Cream is so delicious. The staff are super friendly and efficient.

Great spot to get fresh made ice cream direct from the dairy makers. They offer an abundance of different flavors and toppings. Be prepared to wait in line as it gets long on the weekend.

I can see why Rich Farm Ice Cream in Oxford always seems busy. We got there around 1: 30 and only had a few people ahead of us, but by the time we left the line had grown quite a bit. Don't let that scare you though—they move people through pretty quickly. It's exactly the kind of place you want an ice cream stand to be. Beautiful farm setting, plenty of parking, picnic tables, and lots of grass if the tables are full. Just walk up to the window, order, and enjoy. My coffee milkshake was ridiculously good. They nailed the flavor and the consistency was perfect. My daughter went with Cookie Monster in a cone with a side of M&M's and was thrilled. The portions are no joke though—she only made it through about a quarter before the rest became tomorrow's dessert. Less than $20 for the two of us and a really nice way to spend an afternoon. We'll definitely be back.

Rich’s is an institution. A part of my life. I mourn when it closes for the season and rejoice when it reopens. My favorite time to go is whenever there’s no line but unless you hit it right, there’s usually a line. However, the payoff is well worth the wait! The ice cream is rich and creamy and not filled with all that artificial nonsense. Follow their social media to keep up with the daily specials.
