For local meats and eggs, I don't trust anyone in the area more than Joan and Bill Powers! Quality you can taste, decades of experience, competitive prices, and a good selection of other local farm goods as well. Don't miss out on holiday turkeys, either!
Had a wonderful experience. I ordered a half beef. Productive was ready in a timely manner, the family and farm were wonderful. Buy local with the Powers. I’ll be back. Thank you again.
We have been going to Powers Farm for years. We were lucky to discover this gem during the height of Covid. The drive from Wilmington is so relaxing. The Powers family are also welcoming. The meats are top tier. This is by far our favorite farm to visit in Delaware.
Very pleasant we love our products.
My wife and I came to the farm for the first time yesterday. Must I say, this is a diamond in the rough. My wife loved the baby cows, and we were greeted by very nice lady, one of the owners. She took her time and explained all of the products in detail, and a little history of this great family farm. I can't stress enough on how important it is to support and cherish the local family farms, because of the standards and quality they offer to provide properly raised meat. We no longer buy meat from the grocery store because of the commercialization of the farming industry. So, Powers Family Farm just gained new customers for life, and pray for their continued success!
Rebuilding the food system, from the farm up

Love this Delaware family farm! I've bought several products from them all delicious. Friendly people who are welcoming. They come up North to the Newark Farmers market on Sunday's in the season. I ran down & got corn & delicious tomatoes. Thanks for your great service and delicious food!
