Under the Delilah's Dairy name the farm sells raw goat milk by the quart, half gallon or gallon, rich one and two day kefir, chicken eggs and frozen colostrum, all sold under Florida law for animal consumption only. Milk goes into glass jars, and customers collect at the gate by appointment, bringing a cooler with ice.
The same milk becomes Delilah's Dairy goat milk soap, handcrafted the old fashioned way by the cold process method with coconut, olive and castor oils, each batch cured for five weeks or more. The goats browse and are fed grain, peanut or alfalfa hay and minerals, and any goat treated with wormers or antibiotics is pulled from the milking line for at least two weeks. The farm links to the Weston A Price Foundation and takes all orders by email.
