MR Goatfeathers Farm sits in Flowery Branch, Georgia, where a husband and wife started with Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats and a few chickens in the spring of 2015.
They milked their first registered doe, Tootsie, for a whole year and began experimenting with her milk at home, making yogurt, cheeses and soap for the family. The herd is registered with ADGA and takes part in DHIR milk testing and Linear Appraisal, so the does are measured on butterfat, protein, production and somatic cell count, and scored against the breed standard. The farm's stated aim is a quality miniature dairy goat for the home milker and a correct one for the show ring.
The farm offers farm fresh pastured eggs and raw goat milk in limited quantities. Its chickens live with the goats and the livestock guardian dogs, which is why the farm calls them truly free range, and they are supplemented with a non GMO feed that carries no corn and no soy. The raw goat milk comes from pastured goats on a dairy goat ration and alfalfa hay, and the farm sells it in half gallons under its Georgia Department of Agriculture pet food license. Milk and eggs are pre-order only, with no unscheduled pick ups. The same milk goes into Embuzi Soap Company, the sister business started in 2017, whose cold process goat milk soap carries 38 percent raw goat milk in every batch and is measured, poured, cut and cured on the farm.

I have purchased the soap, lotion and toothpaste. These are amazing products. I will be a life long customer. I have excema and sensitive skin and the products I have purchased are perfect for my skin. If you have any questions as I did send her a message or email, she is great and knows their products. I love CLEAN high quality products and the products I have used are FANTASTIC! The toothpaste makes your teeth feel like you just had them cleaned by the dentist. The toothpaste does not foam which was weird the first time but my teeth are cleaner with this product then anything else. I will be purchasing my Christmas presents from Embuzi Soap.
