Expensive, high end butcher, good for custom orders for special occasions. Limited over-the-counter selection. Not somewhere I'd go for my regular meat shopping.
I came to Louise Earl to have my knife sharpened and had a fantastic experience! My knife is perfect and the customer service was phenomenal. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the very well curated wine selection. The staff was knowledgeable and worked with me to recommended a couple of great bottles.
Beautiful shop, true craftsmen! They helped me choose some cuts and the best way to prepare them. This shop is just the most awesome!
Beautiful market.
I messaged the ahead of time and they had my stuff ready to go! Everyone in there was helpful and nice. Loved the extra stuff they have for sale too. Highly recommend checking them out for your meat needs.
Walked by lots of times and thought I’d stop by and try them. I like that they sell locally raised beef and pork. Purchased sausage to grill, they look delicious, anxious to try them. Update…tried them, delicious!
Rebuilding the food system, from the farm up

This is the place I have been looking for my whole life. Amazing is all I can say. I have tried many of their products and nothing has disappointed me at all. Great sausages, house made pate and terrine, house made lunch meat that will blow your mind. While in the military I lived in Europe for 6 years and always went to France to shop for groceries. In France/Europe we would get the pate and terrine that were so tasty. Coming back to the US we had a hard time finding pate and terrine, until now! On my first visit I met one of the owners who was very nice, helpful, and willing to share her story and processes with me. This should be everyone's butcher. The sausage is super tasty and moist. They even have classes on sausage and pate making. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Especially if you are a fan of tasty meat, seasoned to perfection, and a promise to use all of the animal with minimal waste.
