Matthew also runs a custom sawmill and timber framing workshop, and the farm newsletter carries stock updates, farmstand dates and farm stories.

Expensive, high end butcher, good for custom orders for special occasions. Limited over-the-counter selection. Not somewhere I'd go for my regular meat shopping.
